CHANEL Spring/Summer 2012 | Paris Fashion Week
What is air?! Currently choking over Karl Lagerfeld’s latest work! The CHANEL S/S 2012 show has to rank as the best quality show (with a live performance by Florence Welche of Florence + the Machine) of all of Paris Fashion Week 2012. The show was an ocean of delights. Props to Karl for not falling back on the overdone modern day mermaid references). Offsetting light, nearly iridescent colors, ruffles, and a tad big of play with transparency were all apart of the collection this year. CHANEL get’s a AAA+!
Fashion leaders from all over the world are showing up to help support this revolutionary initiative, Fashion Night Out. Among them is creative genius and legendary Karl Lagerfeld, who has offered his time to support the events of the evening. Now that is what we call a LUX-ified leader! He will be joining French Vogue editor in chief, Carine Roitfeld. Together, they’ll be paving the way for a successful night at the Chanel boutique on Avenue Montaigne in Paris.
